had a hankering to cut my bangs and trim my brows at 1 am, tried to sleep, decided to give into the urge, did it, bangs weren't coming out, began to have a panic attack, became VERY aware of how itchy i was, and then stripped and took a shower. i feel fine now.... sleepy... actually
