Brian has been asking for Irish Stew. I looked up recipes, thought it was just Stew. One did have a Guinness added. We used that one. Had Butcher Box Sirloin Tips, Carrots, Onions,Celery,Garlic,Potatos, Thyme, Beef Broth, Guinness, Artesano Rolls. It warmed us up. 🍲

Eating up leftovers. Same Del Real Shredded Beef, Bri had 1 single bigger flour tortilla,I had 2 corn, same add ons avo, cotijo cheese, I had lettuce, we both added sliced green onions, pickled diced jalapeños, sour cream, hot taco sauce, refried beans.Good dinner 🍴

Same dinner pasta, turkey, onions, tonight I added another can of Hunts Sauce. Last night Bri thought it was dry I fixed that and grated some Parmesan.Made toast again, removed crust for Brian. It was good. 🍴

I started with a lb of ground turkey, sliced onions, mushrooms, any type of Spaghetti sauce, pasta-ziti/Penne. Brian’s brother liked to cook we had this with him. I had made it before. You can through it together anyway, or seasoning. Bri had a soft roll, I had pc of sour dough toast🍽️

We shared a small sirloin Brian cooked on the Flat Iron Bar B perfect color, tender delicious he slices it up thin. We shared some leftover beans,Bri cooked frozen fries in a sm deep fryer they came out so crisp but not overcooked,sprinkled w/lawrys season salt.I ate up any leftover.Yum🍴

Bri brought up a plate saying he had made a breakfast quesadilla,tortilla ham eggs cheese.Eggs do not like me, I have had an upset stomach.We bought some Chunky soups,Bri had a Chili Dog Mac,grilled Ham & cheese me Creamy Chicken & Dumplings,Ritz crackers cheese slices , 7 up feeling better,dinner🥣

Brian wrote me they are all out! Freckles the oldest, Ginger and Andy that has grown into a surprise to us, rooster, he will be the protector of the roost. Free range they are doing good! Don’t seem to mind dogs. Dogs don’t seem to mind them. 🐥

Zatarains Jambalaya again we added 2 hots links, cooked them & some shrimp, seasoning with tasty spices also 2 small jalapeños with seeds removed. The Zatarains is a bit spicy. Warmed 2 pieces of Sour Dough bread with a Little garlic sprinkled on. We really like the taste in this Jambalaya 🍴

Brian cooked a Filet and 2 Salmon Skewers on the Flat iron. Bri eats the Salmon I share the Filet it was cooked perfect,juicy,tasty.Brian gave me his steak,salmon was enough,had some green beans, sliced canned potato’s, tried our new Hot Hungarian paprika on them,yum.Had a Root Beer Float desert.
