I'm also autistic, and working as a spokesperson for the Swedish Police I regularly speak in front of a lot of people and do TV and radio interviews. Never ever in 14 years has my right arm accidently saluted facsism and never ever has anxiety or nervousness caused me to say anything pro-fascist.
