100% agree, notifications are super important and you can't really rely on emails given the noise

It happens frequently to me, I'll chat with a therapist sooner or later because even after writing notes down, I can't sleep anymore. Then I lack energies during the day

I also love green tech ♥️ you can't imagine the satisfaction of buying a new A+ apartment after growing up in a 100-year old house 😍

The same complaining ones, the next day: "30 euros for a t-shirt? 3 euros for an ice cream ?! They are stealing my money!". Do you see the contrast? 😊 I started thinking I wanted to behave like the best clients we had, appreciating and rewarding quality

And do you know when this started? I started my career in a web agency and a normal discussion was "the client sucks and doesn't want to spend 10K for a website, they don't understand the quality we put there and the passion, and our salaries are low". 👇

Agree, I'm realistic about the situation around me (and in the end, I live in a western country so I impact a lot even if I reduce my own impact) but I don't use it as an excuse. If I say "oh, but everyone doesn't do X and Y...." and I stop acting... I'd just be part of "everyone"

And of course I act consequently, of course: almost only local and organic food, fair-produced and natural (or cruelty free) clothes, I don't use the car very much, i collaborate with local organizations... I once spent three days of my spare time to find a coffee maker

- my role/fault: everything I see (from small discrimination to broken roads to wars) I ask my self: "what my fault here?" Most goes into what I do with my money. When I buy a product, I'm essentially saying "produce another one the same way you made this". A lot of responsibility in small actions

- modern history: history rhymes, I think I can understand a lot of what's happening today by knowing what happened in the last century, especially the last 50 years, given we now know "everything" about what happened. And they don't teach this at school.

I go to the gym, I'm doing postural training because of two cervical hernias I got while doing CrossFit... But I don't go as deep as you do (from this perspective, I lack curiosity, and I see the same sometimes happening at work, where I go deep but rarely leave my comfort zone)

I care about the same topics (+ animals, environment, and "creating value/rewarding quality", which all are connected), but stop way earlier in terms of depth: given the positive results, trust my nutritionist and the (vegetarian) diet l've followed for 10 years, I run as I've ever done 👇

@jantimon.bsky.social I changed my mind, no need for sharing code, since I'll double down (next month maybe) on the react scanner/OXC compatibility maybe 😊 I'll mix this with the dashboard that my PM vibe coded (based on regexes) 😊
