i will say i like the skull shape and eyes of concept burntrap more but that's about it. the rest is such a massive downgrade from final game, and I'm glad he got the glowup he did

i get WHY the pacing is like that (this pilot covers several hundreds of pages in the span of 11 minutes) but that's really why they SHOULD give it like a 20 or 30 minute runtime. i can't imagine understanding what's going on too well if you don't already know homestuck

i mean i didn't hate it. my main issue is the pacing bogs it down quite a lot. i really do wish they'd have given it at least a 20 minute runtime so plot points could breathe a bit better. still a solid 7/10 i think
