Goodbye, Zettelkasten. I quit.
When I first heard about the Zettelkasten (ZK) method, it seemed like the Holy Grail of note-taking. (And I happen to be the kind of person to get excited about that.) One place to put all my thoughts...

Just tore up and tossed all my books with the name Neil Gaiman on them. I don’t expect the artists whose work I love to be perfect. But I expect them to be human. Damn it.

Microsoft is pausing construction on parts of its Wisconsin Data Center due to "scope and recent changes in technology." I'm calling this a pale horse - it's the first time I've seen a hyperscaler pull *back* on expansion of data centers for AI.

My husband and I have been watching The Beatles: Get Back documentary and it made me think a lot about creativity, art and authenticity. Watching them at play is so inspiring.

Nobody ever planted a tree in this photo. It was a working gravel pit 30 years ago.

We need to get over our obsession with planting trees and let nature do the job. The results are just SO much better.

It's also about realising we are not, in fact, central to everything. 🌍
