And why did everyone decide that those rules were necessary? What were those rules designed to stop? What ideology had just theoretically been beaten? What sort of person would say the rules to prevent the return of fascism were limiting them?

I'm sorry, labour is currently suggesting that the human right to not be tortured is a problem.

Eating ok gives me the energy to do things to ignore the bad feelings of eating. But it eventually catches up with me and i am starting to spiral a bit.
