On December 4th, Nordcee held their annual winter retreat at Svanninge Field Station. The day was filled with learning and 'hygge', featuring a workshop on peer mentoring by Monika Janfelt, team-building exercises, "toss the dice" game and a traditional Danish Christmas dinner 🎅🎄
