Re: Trump's idiotic grand ballroom; I'm predicting that not only will the project not be completed during his term in office, but that it'll never be completed. By this time next year, he will have gone thru a half-dozen architects. Also, over/under on building code violations ? 100 ? 500 ? more ?

There has never been a better example of "robbing Peter to pay Paul" than Trump's tariffs. That's of course assuming Paul ever gets paid. The $2K rebate checks and the no income tax in the future(attributed to big tariff money)......both colossal pipe dreams. Don't hold your breath.

Watching west coast College Football is a little unsettling these days. The Cal Bears hosting UVA in a conference game in Berkeley. Cal and Stanford are now in the 17 team Atlantic Coast Conference. Notwithstanding the big TV money, and me being old school, Cal & Stanford in the ACC is just wrong.

No Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight on all ABC affiliates owned by Sinclair Broadcast Group. That includes the ABC station in my area which aired additional local news. So...no Kimmel and the station made no mention of the situation during their 11:00 newscast. Avoided the subject completely. Just an FYI.

With all this alleged tariff money flowing into DC(and out of the pockets of consumers and businesses), I'd like to see some transparency about those $'s. Trump claims the windfall will go toward the deficit. So why don't I believe him? I'm thinking first he'll spend another 30 billion

If T-rump somehow gets all of the voting requirements/restrictions he wants in place, we'll have elections in November and I'd say we'll have results by March. More Taxpayer money well-spent.
