If anyone wants to sue to challenge the patent you can. 35 USC Section 103 covers the non-obviousness requirement for patents.
Most likely it is not the only thing in the patent that makes it unique, you would have to look at the entire patent

Power generation is not the only issue with AI. Not only is build more power gen required, it doesn’t address the transmission issue across the country. We need more interconnections to handle this electric load, replace old infrastructure. Add’l, 1/3 of all electricity is “wasted” as heat in wires
