I have never done the music via algorithms BS—stayed with old school media instead at the risk of missing stuff. Serendipity and the accidental nature of discovering art still matter. And have resonance. Saw Mavis a number of years back at the Oregon Zoo concerts—legend. Thank you for this.

I saw one sign in downtown PDX about how the amount of money funding ballrooms or Argentina bailout could cover healthcare. It was very simple and direct. And to me immediately telegraphed “corruption” alongside obviously wrong priorities as a nation. Sorry —didn’t get a photo.
