I mean, obviously I support the abolition of the death penalty. And yeah that‘s what I mean by review; if after 20 years they somehow haven’t reformed, then they probably *should* spend the rest of their lives in confinement, but the Bundys/Mansons are a tiny tiny fraction of the prison population

The longest prison sentence should be 20 years (subject to review), they’re not the same person anymore. Private prisons are an abomination, it *should* be an expensive burden on society to imprison someone. Last, prison should be explicitly rehabilitative first and foremost, not punitive

If you can’t distinguish between people being anti-zionist because of the actions of the state of Israel and its supporters, and people being anti-Zionist because they’re racist, that’s on you. Putting that aside, you have yet to produce any similarities between the far right and the far left

Also that tucked position is caused in part by having a saddle height that allows for full leg extension, so they’re already able to get reasonably close to full power output without standing, while also maintaining a higher pedal rpm

It’s a balance between power output and aerodynamics; riders will stand on hill sprints where the speeds are comparatively low, but over long distances on flats you gain more time by reducing drag than by increasing your raw power output, which is more fatiguing
