Spent a bunch of time cleaning up exported files to make other non-standard p3p files export more accurately
importing a gms and immediately exporting creates a nearly 1:1 perfect copy of it that compiles the same, meaning i just need to clean up the blender logic

more progress on gms importer, got nla strips for animations kinda sorta working, plus gms export support with materials, and blind data automatically importing
still no skeleton fix though, that thing is gonna be the death of me.......

got mesh rendering and materials importing mostly correctly with automatic texture conversion and importing
vertex groups are a little wonky right now, and i need to fix the displacement of the armature, but, more progress!
