I don't believe in the death penalty. I don't believe in the carceral state. But ooooh do I believe that these people needed to be locked up and out of society until such time that they can stop being murderous assholes.

I'm not following the plot of this documentary but in 1970, during the trial there was apparently a gay rights march against police brutality, and some LA nazis kicking about.
