This was a great read.
Fever Dreams review- 4 stars I really enjoyed this anthology overall, though there were two or three stories that I didn't get along with (they weren't bad, just not for me),. I think I'm going to remember 'The Mummified Corpse of Reese Witherspoon' for a very long time! What an absolute gem!

Had a quick writing session tonight and finished the first draft of my new project- it's only 800 words and something a little different to my usual stuff.
Working title is 'Kill All Humans,' but not convinced it's a suitable title 🤔

Editing tomorrow.
It didn't know how long it had been lying there, under the heap of its broken kin. The damage to its core processor had left some of its memory disconnected, along with its internal clock, both lost without more intensivye repairs, which it was in desperate need of. The nanites could only do so mnuch. The robot had been dead, to use a human term, until the mother's blood had dripped into the laser blasthole in its chest and onto the circuitry within It had shorted, water and ions in the blood bridging the gap between battery power and wires, and the robot's self-repair subroutines had activated
