As PMs, we sometimes forget that saying “no” is part of the job — not because we want to block progress, but because we want to protect it.
But when you say “no” with context and care — “here’s why we can’t take this on right now” — it earns you trust, not friction.

I think Perseverance may have spotted interstellar comet 3I/Atlas last night from Mars!
After stacking 20 images from Mastcam-Z, I found a faint smudge of light in the constellation Corona Borealis close to the location where the comet was expected. 🔭

Being on a 3-month paternity leave turned out to be great! Apart from spending so much quality time with oir daughter, there was also something unexpected - I had no time at all to read local news. Now I'm mostly clueless as to what is going on in our city, country, and it's somewhat great.

На плажа да докарали едно бебе на 4-5 месеца може би. Вързали са му биберона с ластик на главата, все едно е с кислородна маска перманентно.
Не, че ги джъджвам, ама...можеше на една щипка да го сложат. Сигурно е болезнено...ама кво ли разбирам и аз, нали съм мъж.
