One of the reasons Republicans keep him around is that he's not a real threat because he genuinely has no clue what is going on and they can basically do whatever they want and he doesn't even want to hear about it because thinking is work.

I still stand by the opinion that the only good use of AI so far has been Inzoi, the sims-like game where only the player can use it to generate models and textures and they actually check all the boxes to keep it ethical.
As far as I've seen everything else is just a waste of time or harmful.
