I own a busy pizzeria & work 60+ hours a week. At the beginning of 2025, I reduced my screen time to 2–3 hours a day & deleted all social media from my phone except Bluesky. I still use Instagram only on a work iPad for business updates. No scrolling. Now I read constantly, & I’m happier.
