I wanted to use this as I get asked some times to find a specific picture and it could have helped. I can still mark people, but I don't think this is feasable if I take 200 pictures a night and have to manually mark all people I know instead of just tagging the Person and let the algo do its thing.

It costs you nothing to wait. Only thing that it does is take your money now and boost their numbers for the shareholders. The last Battlefield that was playable without a million issues was Battlefield 3. BF4 took a year to get working, all other games since then had issues or were a car-crash 🤷♂️.
