If audiobooks count 50¢😂 both of them collections of short stories by Jorge Lewis Borges, my favorite, the library of babel but there were some other ones, one from the point of view of a detective following ritualistic murders that lead him to his death, honestly I’m not much of a book/story person, but they were really good, at least to me. And if you’ve never heard of it the library of babel is a really cool concept that someone even made a website to show what it would be like and you won’t find anything, readable, in years but idk it’s cool to just look around a little bit, imagine a infinite library, multiple times the size of the universe, and every book is just “aaa” “aab” “aac” forever and at some point you will get all the writings of Shakespeare because in an infinite space everything that can happen will happen. And one I almost forgot about a wizard guy who goes to some ancient ruins of the fire god or something and dreams a person into existance, educating this person in his dream, teaching him how do be human and what it means, and then made him forget their dream classes so when he materialized he wouldn’t know he wasn’t a real person, nothing more than a dream materialized, and then lets him out to live his own life. Years later he hears about someone with abilities that only his “son”, as he’s come to think of him as, could do, and something happens and leads the wizard guy to despair and wants to kill him self and learns something about himself in turn, fuckin biggest twist I never would have thought of, it was surprising and really good. I haven’t re-listened to them in a while but that was the gist of my favorite ones as I remembered them and I hope if anyone listens to or reads them that I didn’t spoil too much so that it’s just as good for them😂

In 2020, during the perigee of mars a couple months after the launch of Perseverance and Ingenuity, I took pictures of mars with an older Nikon camera, I don’t know exactly what kind of Nikon I only remember the brand. I just wanted to post some of my own amateur space photography

Mars has the tallest peaks (which are the biggest volcanoes in the solar system) and the biggest canyons as well, called valles marineris. There is strong evidence that mars once had water, meaning there was once a strong atmosphere, and that it was also green at one point. What happened?
I know that the answer is probably actually pretty boring, as in it probably happened slowly over millennia and the atmosphere just slowly stripped away, but I like to believe there was an ancient history there or something, no matter how outlandish it might sound. I think it’s just fun to have possibilities until one way or another something is proven😂 but I truly do believe that we will find extraterrestrial life, not in our solar system, if we are ever able to get to another one. fermi’s paradox. The universe is just so massive, the chances that we are the only single living planet in the universe is smaller than the chances that there is other life out there, (and I don’t know if it’s just me and I’m odd but, saying that, to me sounds quite egotistical, in that way, quite human) even just saying it, one sounds more likely than the other, at least to me. but if we do find them, by leaving our home, are we then the aliens? Sry for the whole essay if anyone actually reads these😂😂
