so early in my transition i started using Alan/Alana online, taken from Alana from Hannibal

a few years later i was out on a night walk when it clicked that Riza from Riza Hawkeye was a perfect gender neutral name

n when i asked folks half said it was a boys name and half said it was a girls name

just watched Angel's Egg for the first time with @starkessler.bsky.social and wow, what a deeply gorgeous movie rich with symbolism,, really felt i connected with it and its themes
