Check out a Youtuber called Jeff Nippard, he has some great tutorials. For a quick idea what to do you can check out his “best & worst exercises” videos per muscle group. Pick the best ones and when you need some extra guidance on those exercises you can look for individual tutorials on those :)

But the best thing was spending time with all the wonderful friends, who were so welcoming and hospitable to us Dutchies 💖 we are super grateful for all of you, you made this the best vacation we’ve ever had 😮

Then we visited Fuel Husky in Tuscany, rode in the beautiful landscape over there and visited some nice towns.
To top it off we finished off in the coast where we got to stay in Fuel’s incredible beach house. We drove a boat and swam in the sea.

A lil but stinky? That’s a lie 🤣 he’s the stinkiest stinker I know!
But also very charming 😋
