I think a big part of it is he likes to see his name on the news. I also think Miller is behind much of this. Vile and vicious people, all of them.

Agree. If they really cared about safety, the gov't would subsidize these. You can't drink & drive w/ one on, so that's already punative. They are total money makers and I agree with the ACLU that they place a huge financial burden on those charged.
