The institutional Democratic Party is guided by an almost pathological level of conflict avoidance in almost every direction. “What can we do to make the least number of people mad?” is just a bankrupt way to operate.

Chris -- In P2025, everything needs to be documented. This isn't reckless, impulsive, or hazardous to the MAGA spirit. For them, it's about survival and feels completely logical. Stop thinking like the rational realist you are. Our biggest error is not grasping the MAGA ethos.
One thing you really see every day is the different risk appetites between MAGA-era Republicans and Democrats. Basically compulsive, reckless, dangerous constant risk-seeking, versus almost comical levels of risk-aversion.
