I think we can definitely say he's failed at this one because he clearly doesn't think Palestinians deserve human rights and those arms sales are still being made.

Why don't we give ourselves a reminder of Keir Starmer's pledges when he ran for Labour leadership and see how many commitments he's delivered on?
Failed on the first one. Top 5% earn ~£87k and the top tax rate is only on incomes above £125k. Not sorted out the corporation tax avoidance either.
