Oh and I assume you mean Robert Reich. He was never a Republican. In the 1990s; he served as the Secretary of Labor in the Democratic administration of President Bill Clinton.

This happened to me recently too. A neighbor kicked and stomped on his dog like 3 or 4 times. That dog screamed. I can't even think about it without crying. Later, when I saw him again. I told him I saw what he did and he better never do that again. He at least was embarrassed and dashed off.
