I'm in my 60s and I hated formal education during the 1970s but I love the way I can now lean into any aspect of history and see it from angles that were never remotely open to me when I was young.
But I also understand the concern at the fading ability to concentrate.

Surely the issue is not how much was budgeted for last year but how much was budgeted for in the budget set and taken over by Labour for the coming year. If the Tories had no budget this it is both new money and an increase in the black hole.

There is no 'race' or 'rush'. Moving away from anachronistic Districts to unitary/ies had been under discussion since the 1990s. Local "politics" just keeps getting in the way. Use the current county council boundary AND GET ON WITH IT!

They've got Ludwig all wrong! It's not competing with say Slow Horses. I watched it with my 11 year old and we both loved it probably more so as we could watch it together.
