Striking them in the first place was a war crime. Finishing them off was a sociopathic war crime.

Then take it publicly administered by impartial professionals

No he won’t..easy to say but I don’t believe him. If he thought it was the right thing to do before the comment then it would still be the the right thing to do. If it was wrong it’s wrong despite the comment. They don’t vote because dearly held beliefs so I don’t believe him.
