I’ve quit antidepressants after 25 years. It was very hard. I know a former heroin addict. She almost died. It was much harder and she’s been clean about 20 years. RFK is the biggest nut job in these cabinet packs, and that’s quite an achievement

I’m a veteran and I thought they’d progress more since the early 90’s. Guess not, same old shit. I had a company commander in boot camp tell us ‘you’ll do twice the work and get half the credit’ she was right and she was hard on us.

I had a great professor once who helped me with algebra. I was so frustrated and behind other students. He was patient and explained in a way I could understand. It was over 25 years ago and I still appreciate that. Hold your head up
