Exaaactly. Slow isn't necessarily bad, either, but yeah. I felt it needed to push just a little bit further. Did a GREAT job building everything up though, gorgeous shots and use of light, color, and film effects. Very well crafted.

I'll look into it! I liked the visuals of Black Rainbow and like I said, it had a great buildup of dread. But I guess I was expecting something...disturbing, or jaw dropping for a climax. Something that makes me go "...whoa." Like a crazy reveal, shot, backdrop, visual etc.

I'll look into it! I liked the visuals of Black Rainbow and like I said, it had a great buildup of dread. But I guess I was expecting something...disturbing, or jaw dropping for a climax. Something that makes me go "...whoa." Like a crazy reveal, shot, backdrop, visual etc.
Ultimately not really my thing, though, I guess? Its veeeery slow, and it didn't really feel like it led up to much. The horror aspect felt...minor. Not extreme enough. I feel like it really didn't do much at all with the build up whatsoever, no payoff.
