So the main issue with cards like Raigeki is its very hard to justify using a slot on it when there are more impactful non-engine cards you can use in the event you go 2nd like Droll, Ash, Mourner, and Nibiru. A lot of times its better to prevent a board from being built vs trying to break it

Raigeki was actually kind of fine back in pre-snake eyes but now the good board breakers are Lightning Storm, Forbidden Droplet , Dark Ruler No More, and Evenly

This deck is crazy fun and feels so natural to pilot, it generates a really strong board without locking the opponent out of the game. Just fun yugioh
