Today is going to be a good day. I took the dog (and the bird) out for a walk, and came back to find some kind neighbour had left a bunch of daffodils by my front door.

I got freezing earlier, walking the dog. Nothing like sitting by the fire with a hit brew, unless you live with Dolly Dumpling; nothing is sacred.

I made the mistake of swiping a comb through my dog's face and spinning the fluff to see how much I'd get from the wee bit of fleece.
I don't enjoy spinning but find myself taking a few combfulls each day and adding to it. In time when there us sufficirnt, I'll knit myself a hat.
