Really, it's both. Deportation AND kidnapping, by a fascist government. This is quite literally what happens in every authoritarian dictatorship... though this might be the first time the dirty work has been outsourced to another authoritarian regime.

Well, election computers aren't connected to the internet (or at least, aren't supposed to be. Not sure about the ones for the last election.) But tampering with them is still possible. Elon himself couldn't hack his way into a Myspace account, though.
