3. Rustoleum paint works great and is cheap. We spent $350 for a 32' RV. That's for paint, rollers, sandpaper, tape, and acetone.

Last bus we painted we used rattlecans. Rustoleum sells a handle adapter that snaps on the top of any rattlecan and is the only way we've found to get a good finish. That's how we've repainted the cab part of the RV and pretty impressed with it. For the body of the RV we're using a foam roller

This is our 4th rig we've painted. 3 skoolie bus conversions and this is the first RV. We've had great success with Rustoleum in the past it holds up great and can take a beating. There's definitely a lot of sanding and prep work that goes into it and it can be tricky to get a good final result.
