If young people really want to do something about mass shootings, then they need to get political and do something that forces the country to pay attention. Protest, strike, boycott, or a nationwide school shutdown. Until then, these school shootings will continue.

I don't think that is going to happen. Did you see that poll that asked Americans which is more important, the right to vote or the right to own a gun? In many states, the gun one won.
