I believe you misunderstand what I’m saying and that’s my fault…my intent was to iterate that no matter the interpretation of the action, a “war crime” or an unlawful maritime action resulting in death (homicide), the consequences are the same…extra judicial killing in our name.

Except SCOTUS, with zero constitutional or any statutorily cogent basis, declared him immune from prosecution. So while it is technically legal to arrest a sitting president, SCOTUS made it moot since he would never see a courtroom to be prosecuted.

Can it be a war crime is war has not been declared? Or is it an illegal military operation in international waters where the US is the judge, jury and executioner. Could it have been narcotics trafficking? Suppose so; but we’ll never know since they made sure everyone was dead!

I get what you’re saying but disagree, in part. Yup, this is embarrassingly pathetic. That said, it was also pathetic the day he came down the escalator in 2015. It was pathetic when he was not removed after J6. It was pathetic when he wasn’t put in prison when convicted for 34 felonies.

If this DID happen, and I’m not saying it didn’t; that can be construed as an assault against a sitting MOC. Why isn’t the USCP investigating (or are they…?) the assuault? DHS seems to have Carte Blanche to do anything to anyone with zero repercussions but assaulting a MOC seems next level crap.

One can argue that modern republicans have never been fans of our democratic republic. Check their records and see how they voted on bills to strengthen their constituents and our democracy. Emphasis on on authoritarian rule is their aim since it guarantees them total power.

This is kidnapping; no other way to describe it. If she is screaming out she’s a citizen and has proof, it’s ICE’s duty to verify before arrest. Anything else is kidnapping, unlawful detention, etc. Shame on the local LE agencies who continue to sit and watch these abuses from the sidelines.
