Steve McDonald (May 24, 1967) is known as the bass guitarist in the Los Angeles rock/power pop band Redd Kross. He is a founding member of the hardcore punk band OFF! & a member from 2009-21 as well as bassist for Melvins since 2015. He has appeared in numerous film projects w/his brother Jeff.

Vivian Trimble (May 24, 1963-April 4, 2023) keyboardist in the band Luscious Jackson from 1991-98. She also joined bandmate Jill Cunniff under the name Kostars. After leaving Luscious Jackson in April 1998, Trimble formed a duo w/Josephine Wiggs named Dusty Trails

May 24, 1938: Jamaican singer, songwriter & producer, Prince Buster. The records he released in the 60s influenced & shaped the course of Jamaican music & created a legacy of work that later reggae & ska artists would draw upon. Buster died on 8 Sept 2016.
