Nice chord progression here in the last line of the chorus ... B flat is not in C major, but it's the IV major of F, which is the IV major of C, resolving it to move into the next verse.

Yeah, that one is great too! I felt I was stretching the definition of “not known enough“ here, so I picked something a bit more obscure. :)
