Ok is nebulous phrasing. Is it legal? Yes. Can it be healthy? Potentially. Be the norm? Not really. People should date folx in similar age/ places in life. There is almost always a power imbalance which will happen, it's just when and how harmful. Mine took 10 years, others not as long.

Hearing all the conversations around SA and c-abuse, I can't help but feel some type of way that queer/trans folx are missing from the convo. They traded boys also. And gay/queer boys were specifically "bought/sponsored" if they were athletes. So not saying "what about them" but "don't forget them."
