I feel the same! I found that it didn't apply in every situation. Especially in regards to work. I felt it only made matter worse and I felt stupid for "letting them" for too long which created uncomfortable situations, leaving me stressed all over again. Thanks for your article. I feel validated

I need this book so badly right now, as an American, I need to escape reality for a bit. Which says a lot about my country that I have to read about a creepy murderer to lighten the load. 😳😬😵‍💫😔

💯 I saw a big turn during COVID, online suddenly exploded. Now, quick search for 'Selling on Etsy' via YouTube will show 100s of 'get-rich-quick' videos or promoting apps you need to subscribe to help you make $$$$. So scammy. Especially in the Etsy, wasn't for sellers with 100s of crap Temu or AI😩

The landscape of online selling has shifted dramatically, rising fees, ever-changing algorithms, & the relentless push for profit by large tech & SM companies have harshly impacted many other small biz. Navigating these changes has been mentally & financially draining, I'm totally disillusioned

After nearly a decade of pouring my heart and creativity into Noir Arts & Oddities, I’ve made the difficult decision to step back from the business—laying Noir to rest. A decision that comes after much thought, reflection, and the weight of the changing eCommerce landscape. I'm absolutely gutted⬇️
