After some hours of re-learning how tf use Blender + late hours where my brain doesn't have the adhd pills boost.. The third day I learnt the parts, armatures, even add shape keys! It's not perfect but, my goal has been achieved. I can make it better but since I go on my on pace I'm fine with this.

I barely use hats but, what if I want to use, dunno, a hood?? Now that SE finally put some lil hair in those hoods to not make the character bald. But the hair has never been compatible unless a modder fixes it for you.

So I chose to play myself once more and learn how the hell the hair works.
