Thank you for taking the time to reply. Do you think this is something the government will address? Can we afford to continue paying external contracts to private companies? I imagine this is what the Tories were working towards, do Labour have the desire to reverse this?

I see a lot of non NHS ambulances in my area. How does that work? How are they funded, do they cost more than NHS? If there's money for non NHS paramedics why aren't we using that money to pay for more NHS vehicles and staff?

I suppose what I really want to know is are we getting value for money?
