This is my getting back into shape account. I've done it before and I'll do it again. Giving the Galveston Diet a go (as of 16/10/23).
1.1kg loss this week. Very pleased. That brings it to a total of 2.6kg in 3 weeks which I'm more than happy with.

Weighed in today with a .5kg loss. As long as the scales are headed downward I'm happy. Here's what I had for lunch today.

Todays eats, lunch was cheese, ham, avo & capsicum wraps. Snack was homemade peanut butter cups, handful of nuts and ice coffee with a splash of cream. Dinner was lamb rump steak with a (crouton less) Ceaser salad.

Todays eats, lunch was cheese, ham & marinated capsicum, snack was nuts and chocolate & dinner was bunless burger. First and last time trying turkey bacon, it tastes of sadness.

Todays eats, lunch was salmon, avo & shiritaki noodles (really good). Snack was nuts & dark chocolate. Dinner was chicken & veg cheesy creamy bake (which was a bit bland, probably won't make again). #GalvestonDiet

Todays eats. Coffee for breakfast, prawns and oysters for lunch and half a quiche for dinner. We shared a bottle of zero alcohol sparkling Freixenet with lunch, it was really good and only 90 calories for half a bottle.

Todays eats. Coffee for breakfast, 4 large kimchi dumplings for lunch (hadn't had them before they were delicious) and for dinner a big homemade meatball (about 100gm) and fettuccini.

Here's today's eats. Coffee for breakfast, a 2 egg omelette stuffed with last nights dinners leftovers for lunch and quiche and salad for dinner (I only ate half of the quiche it was very filling).

Here are yesterdays meals. Coffee for breakfast, airfryer fish balls with seaweed salad for lunch and pork stir-fry with vermicelli noodles for dinner. There was also a glass of alcohol free wine (which wasn't too bad).

Intro: in 2017 I lost 27kgs. During lockdown I put it all back on. This account will be about food intake, exercise and making healthy choices.
