See my answer to Scott's comment. BUT, I think what would bring me more anxiety, is that fact that your full name and the amount you won is announced to everyone. The bigger the amount, the more media attention the person gets, and the more potential danger there would be...

I have a similar amount, more like around 25 millions. I'd probably give around 5 millions to friends and family right away, then get myself a house, a car, the basic stuff I wish I had at my age, then probably ponder what's next... and keep on giving money away (and maybe foster cats?)
