Windows 11 bloat is affecting game performance. Also, Linux is basically on its way to handling any game as long as it doesn't have an unsupported anticheat.

You argued on the grounds of ACCESSIBILITY, which has very strict guidelines on how it's produced to the point you can be LEGALLY LIABLE if done incorrectly. It *can not* be a performance, it is for the sake of clarity so that the hard of hearing OR seeing can understand.
