I wonder how it even could be. telling or showing these voters that they did a morally shameful thing seems like it would just herd them further into their bespoke ecosystems, right? they already showed they'd do that in response to like, gay people existing. what can anyone do to make them reckon?
Our political media is simply not equipped to handle a situation where the voters were unambiguously wrong in a way which morally implicates the electorate.
