Researching Villa-Palace for work (tough gig!) and the last time Villa lost 5 in a row it cost Dean Smith his job. Obviously won’t happen with Unai if we lose again but the ongoing defensive struggles concern me more than our current blunt attack: 135 goals conceded in 100 games under UE is a lot.

Villa fans, though injuries are stacking up there’s every chance we’ll only be missing 1 or 2 v Palace. Onana’s the only definite absentee as it stands. I suspect at least one of Kamara/JJ/Konsa won’t be ready but everyone else should be ok and all of these issues are only short-term. We’re fine.
