A strike is reportedly underway on the Orsknefteorgsintez oil refinery in Orsk, one of the largest processing plants in the region. The facility is critical to Russia’s fuel infrastructure.

Confirmed by Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces: the 1st Separate Center struck the Saratov Oil Refinery overnight on November 11. The refinery, key to Russia’s fuel supply chain, processes 4.8 million tons annually and produces over 20 fuel types, including diesel and gasoline.

Ukraine’s T11 ground drone, developed by “Pivdennyi Park,” is built for frontline logistics. It carries up to 200 kg, has a range of 45 km, and moves at 14 km/h: ideal for resupplying positions where manned transport is too risky.
