The ADD assessment/diagnosis especially understanding how perimenopause was affecting it (and my autoimmune issues) was really positive for me. It still is a struggle managing some days but knowing and understanding was huge. Hope it’s a positive process for you too.

Frustrating that it takes, for too many of us, getting to the breaking point before we start getting listened to and more support. Proud of you for being real/open/vulnerable and so glad you are getting more support. 🫂
