Just a little bit of advice here for a common mistake that people make when buying coffee equipment. Your grinder makes way more of a difference than your espresso rig. I love 24 hour clocks. That is the correct layout too in my opinion. Noon at the top so the hand follows the sun. It's weird to me that midnight at the top seems to be more common. Now you just need a tide clock!
